March Madness has begun and boy are we mad for pinot noir! Earlier this week we made our bracket selections. We chose a pick from our friends at Central Coast Wines. Getting ready for the games to begin, here is what our team thought of Antic Wine Company’s 2010 Pinot Noir.
“Very Earthy! Grows on you as you drink and it opens up nicely.” - Syrah
“I get some hints of Coca Cola! Very good. I really enjoyed it.” - Mr. Stigson
“I love the chocolate, dried fruit finish! Delicious!” - Miss Moscato
“Rich jewel tones. Thick berry. Very warm and delicious.” - Captain Chardonnay
“Once again, Central Coast Wines rises to the challenge. Antic 2010 Pinot is very jammy. Rich berry notes. Strawberry. A bit hot. I would not cellar this one. Let it breath a few minutes and drink it up. Be happy.” - Frenchy
“Full bodied and very tasty. I would definitely recommend letting it breathe for a bit before diving in.” – Blender
